Leadership

  • Trevor Dudeck

    (HE/HIM)
    Chief Executive Officer

A go-getter by nature, Trevor wakes up every morning at 4 to go swim laps, and carries that passionate energy in to work every day. But at home, he is a man of classically simple pleasures: A day at the beach where his biggest problem is how to hold three things (his beautiful wife’s hand, a whiskey, and a cigar) in his two hands. And, though he abandoned his childhood dream of becoming an architect, he—to this day—insists he can merely glance at a home’s exterior and immediately conceive its perfect holiday decoration scheme.

  • Rowan Brooks

    (HE/HIM)
    Chief Creative Director

Rowan’s greatest fear is also his recurring nightmare: The lights go down, he takes the stage, and he has forgotten all of his lines. This, of course, makes sense for a former actor and Oxford School of Drama alum. A family man who loves days at the pool with his wife and the kiddos, nowadays Rowan would love to find a new purpose for his expansive but sadly obsolete CD collection.

  • Kris Rohman

    (HE/HIM)
    Chief Operating Officer

Kris is nothing if not efficient in his professional life, and that same efficiency guides his personal life as well: He once backpacked across Europe on a $50/day budget! Such ventures are typical of Kris, who is trying to say “yes” more often, striving to constantly improve and learn, which explains why he is such a good juggler. He is also a proud parent, a collector of vinyl records, and a live music enthusiast.

Team

  • Kate Johnson

    (SHE/HER)
    Art Director

By her accent, you’d think Kate grew up in England, but she was actually raised in Malaysia and Borneo, and spent her formative years in a remote boarding school at the top of a mountain in India. Today, as long as she’s somewhere with her family, where they’re all happy and stress-free, she’s home. As Lemonade’s art director, Kate brings a world perspective to her approach— “Global Nomad, Or Simply Lost?” is what she’d call her autobiography—and a creative drive powerful enough to lead a hostile brand takeover of the former Trump Hotel in Panama (true story!).

  • Mariah Knight

    (SHE/HER)
    Art Director

In Mariah’s perfect world, the avocados would all be exactly ripe and there would be no bad design, period. She proudly founded, designed, and published a magazine about art and culture, Pique, for four years. Also of note: Her comic and book collection’s size (750+ and counting!) is only matched by the outrageously intense but beautifully organized spreadsheet that catalogs it.

  • Renato Soares

    (HE/HIM)
    Lead Editor

Renato has always been driven by his passion for creativity and the creative process, which explains why he finds his role so fulfilling. A man unafraid to embrace his contradictions, Renato’s most profound fear is facing an invasion of murderous birds, and his favorite movie is (you guessed it!) Alfred Hitchcock’s terrifying classic, The Birds.

  • Christopher Staten

    (HE/HIM)
    Senior Copywriter & Managing Editor

Christopher likes the simple things in life, from spending a quiet moment gathering his thoughts to humming along the theme song as he watches his favorite movie, Raiders of the Lost Arc. He also enjoys soaking up the sun and living life on the edge (i.e. clicking “I Agree” on the Terms & Conditions without actually reading the Terms & Conditions).

  • Dean Holden

    (HE/HIM)
    Copywriter

A quick video call with Dean will tell you a lot before he even says anything—the backdrop of wall-to-wall video games and merch is unmistakable. It is also the backdrop of his streaming channel, where he goes all “gaming hipster” and ignores basically any game you might have heard of in favor of the obscure, forgotten, and underrated gems of gaming. He will absolutely brag about back-to-back top-3 finishes in Kusogrande, the international “bad video game tournament,” even though people always ask why you would ever want to do that.

  • Mark Mazur

    (HE/HIM)
    Copywriter

Mark loves little more than spending an evening inside, listening to a thunderstorm…but Mark moved to Los Angeles to pursue his filmmaking dreams, where the thunderstorms are few and far between. An amateur magician, Mark can whip out a quick illusion to entertain his nieces, and can also work real-life magic—he once acquired a (legal) passport in only six hours. At home, Mark loves stories and storytelling, working on creative projects with passionate people, and rewatching the Social Network until his wife rips their TV off the wall.

  • Nick Bravo

    (HE/HIM)
    Copywriter

Nick’s love of words extends into his personal life, meaning that he listens to way too many podcasts, talks his partner Greg’s ear off, and actually won the Moth Radio Hour in 2019. He enjoys entertaining people and being entertained, and is currently one of the dozens of fans cheering for his favorite Overwatch League team, the Los Angeles Gladiators.

  • Daniel Lafrentz

    (HE/HIM)
    Creative Producer

Daniel’s first feature film—the southern gothic, neo-noir thriller, The Long Shadow—was recently acquired and released by Gravitas Ventures. He is currently working on his next project, the wonderfully-titled Meet Cute Murders. When he is not writing and directing, Daniel enjoys delighting friends and family with his bewilderingly amazing Kermit the Frog impression.

  • Zach Meyer

    (HE/HIM)
    Creative Producer

Zach finds a lot to relate to in the Paraguayan Screaming Frog (you will have to ask him…) and once attempted, on stage, to consume an entire gallon of milk. These days, he is the happy owner of three pet miniature lobsters, who keep him company as he relaxes in plush lounge wear and tries to summon the strength to finally finish Infinite Jest.

  • Sam Rae

    Sam Rae

    (SHE/HER)
    Senior Marketing Project Manager

Sam is full of surprises, just don’t surprise her with missed deadlines. As a martial arts competitor, one of Sam’s major passions includes collecting wins at tournaments. Her favorite animal is the black widow spider—they’re strong, creative, independent and intelligent—and her favorite movie is “Fight Club.” But when she’s not focused on the next match, you can find Sam baking, biking, editing and designing…and photographing her greatest achievement, her son Ryder.

  • Haley Wagner

    (SHE/HER)
    Project Manager

Haley loves creating and appreciating art in all its forms, from photography and painting to floral arranging and digital design. Whatever the medium, Haley is very big into it. She remains immensely grateful for her daughter, seeing motherhood as a constantly-evolving achievement and adventure, helping her choose mindfulness and happiness every day.

  • Derek Bryant

    (HE/HIM)
    Paid Media Manager

After work, Derek brings his analytical skill set home and unleashes it on his fantasy football leagues, finding they harmonize nicely with his day job—both require research, visualization, stat tracking, and calculated risks. A proud husband and father, Derek hopes to teach his children two of his greatest skills: quickly entering passwords with a TV remote and rocking out on guitar.

  • Taylor C.

    (SHE/HER)
    Social Media Strategist

Taylor’s idea of perfect happiness is a warm afternoon with plenty of time to wander museums—iced coffee in hand. Not always possible when she’s keeping her audience of a half-a-million social media users entertained and informed. That’s right, Taylor’s expertise as a Social Media Strategist stems from being a bonafide Influencer herself. When she’s not making waves in Fashion and Anime, Taylor explores Los Angeles, collects rare books, rewatches “Blade Runner” and avoids spiders because they’re super creepy.

  • Evelyn Valdivieso

    Evelyn Valdivieso

    (SHE/HER)
    Social Media Manager

Evelyn’s motto is Shia LeBeouf's “Just Do It!” speech, which she applies to her passions including wellness as a form of prevention and finding the best butter croissant in Los Angeles. She’s also an avid traveler: She once flew to Northern Thailand, where she backpacked through rural communities. Evelyn collects memories on 35mm film, and if she were an animal, she would be a gazelle because she loves to go fast.

  • Joshua Diaz

    (HE/HIM)
    Social Media Coordinator

As a music enthusiast, Josh is the guy in every friend group who always knows when new albums are dropping and already has an opinion about them. In fact, he would love every single weekend to involve a pretzel, a beer, and a great outdoor concert. He also collects vinyl records (and even has an official Blonde by Frank, the GOAT), which he unironically listens to while tending to his off-work joys, including creative writing and plant parenting.

  • Maz Obuz

    Maz Obuz

    (HE/HIM)
    Influencer Strategist

Maz’s life motto is: Life is a journey and you should appreciate every version of yourself. But if you really pressed him, the preferred version would be sitting on a couch on a crisp fall Saturday morning, mimosa in hand, watching “The Great British Bake Off” with his wife and pup. As an Influencer Strategist, Maz loves to create experiences that evoke joy and wonder in others. When he’s not busy doing that, you can find him checking out the newest sneaker drops or exercising his hidden talent for near-pitch perfect hearing.

  • Ismery Rivera

    Ismery Rivera

    (SHE/HER)
    Email Marketing Strategist

Ismery is a Caribbean-born ambivert who loves finding creative solutions to the world's most complex problems from the comfort of her home. Her motto is: Learn from the past, expect a lot from the future, but don't forget staying present. Her greatest achievement right now is being in the perfect will of God, which brings her peace even during chaotic days. The most daring thing she has done (so far) is leave her country, get married, and have a kid during a global pandemic.

  • David Zemke

    David Zemke

    (HE/HIM)
    Brand Strategist

If David were to write an autobiography, Chapter 1 would be titled, "Get into the Groove." He believes that every day is a gift, which explains why he bungee jumped off the world's highest bridge at Bloukrans, South Africa, and is always willing to push himself out of his comfort zone. His idea of perfect happiness involves spending a day skiing in the sunshine, followed by a sushi dinner and hot tub session with his family.

  • JT Bruce

    (HE/HIM)
    VFX Supervisor

JT believes you should try anything once, and most things twice, which explains how he came to develop his “terrible” Arnold Schwarzenegger impression. He just kept trying it out. That same persistence has kept him devoted to heavy metal despite being surrounded by electronica, and keeps people convinced his favorite movie is Blade Runner when it is actually Cutthroat Island.

  • Lindsay Spiller

    (HE/HIM)
    Legal Council

Lindsay has a profound fear of heights and a true love of sailing, which really worked out when you think about it—imagine if he was an aspiring trapeze artist or recreational airplane pilot. Thankfully, Lindsay loves sailing with family and friends, listening to music, and occasionally cooking the best spaghetti this side of Italy.

Driving brand growth.
